2021-04-26 Best Windsurfing/Windfoiling Day of the Year!!!
Ted's Place Al and Blaine arrived just as I was finishing up my Rotary Meeting around 1:00pm. The wind was up and down, but fairly well straight down the lake. Blaine had to show us all his new shiny black Ford Transit, which is all decked out for foiling! Very Nice! Al was the first on the water, but Blaine was the first to plane/foil. I followed a bit later as I had to eat lunch after my Rotary Meeting. There were some big gusts, but also some lulls. For a fist day, it was pretty good. We all got out, we all had some good runs, and no equipment or bodies were broken. The water was cool, but not as cold as you would expect being only four days since the ice came off the lake.
